Step 1

Captured at the customer's plant, worn surfaces and all. The original never leaves the floor.

Step 2

The scan helps create a clean, accurate, editable solid model. This is when the design intent of the part is restored.

Step 3

The model is compared to the scan and verified to your desired accuacy (up to ±1 mm).

Step 4

Exported for 3D sand printing — our core-shop partner can print the core straight from the file.
